GoTeam is seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Administrator to support the implementation and administration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Reporting to the Director of Business Process, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in Zoho administration, process improvements, and data integration.

Your client is a specialized semi-trailer solutions provider founded in 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They offer new and used trailer services including sales, leasing, rental, repair and maintenance, and parts from ten dealerships in eight states throughout the West, Southwest, and Midwest. They are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing in-house financing options to meet their clients’ diverse needs.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and developing, customizing, and configuring Zoho applications accordingly.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining highly functional and visually appealing custom reports and dashboards
  • Implementing and managing seamless integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems, utilizing API and webhook technology
  • Writing and maintaining custom scripts using Deluge, Javascript, and Node.js to enhance and extend the functionality of Zoho applications.
  • Designing and building intuitive and user-friendly widgets to enhance the user experience within Zoho applications.
  • Providing expert administration and support for Zoho applications, including user management, security settings, and prompting troubleshooting of any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and proposing innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Zoho applications.
  • Staying abreast of the latest Zoho product updates, features, and best practices, actively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Conducting comprehensive training sessions and providing ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Zoho applications to streamline their workflows.
  • Continuously monitoring system performance and data quality, implementing necessary improvements and optimizations to ensure optimal functionality and accuracy.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Zoho Developer, Administrator, or Implementer, showcasing a portfolio of successfully completed projects.
  • Zoho developer certifications, such as Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Analytics, are highly desirable
  • Extensive experience in creating reports and dashboards, demonstrating a deep understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information both in written and verbal form.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach, displaying initiative and a willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks.
