In this position, you will be: 

  • Leading a high-performing team of software engineers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative environment.  
  • Mentoring and guiding your team members, ensuring the delivery of impeccable code within established timelines. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product’s vision and strategy. 
  • Conducting comprehensive market research, gathering invaluable customer insights, and identifying opportunities for novel features and enhancements. 
  • Crafting and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap harmonized with business objectives and technological capabilities.  
  • Prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic value and their potential impact on customers. 
  • Leveraging your technical knowledge to make well-informed decisions, steering the team’s architectural choices and development processes.  
  • Ensuring technical solutions align with overarching product objectives while ensuring scalability and maintainability. 
  • Owning the complete product development lifecycle while defining project scope, managing resources, and meticulously tracking progress to ensure the punctual delivery of superior software. 
  • Collaborating closely with designers and user experience experts to conceive intuitive and visually captivating interfaces that resonate with our users. 
  • Maintaining a forward-looking stance on industry trends and technologies and continuously scrutinizing the competitive landscape and integrating customer feedback to identify areas for differentiation and innovation. 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience of 3 or more years in software development, highlighting a consistent track record of successfully delivering complex projects within specified parameters
  • Strong background in product management, including expertise in constructing product roadmaps, formulating user stories, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
  • Exceptional leadership and team management aptitude, underscoring your ability to inspire and guide a diverse group of professionals. 
  • An in-depth comprehension of software architecture, development methodologies, and the bedrock principles of technical design. 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a knack for interpersonal interactions. 
  • Desired qualifications comprise hands-on experience with Jira, Productboard, ClickUp, and Asana for product management, along with a solid grasp of Scrum methodologies, coding proficiency, and UI/UX expertise.
