GoTeam is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finished Artist to join our creative team. As a Finished Artist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming key visuals and design files into polished, print-ready artworks while adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring top-notch quality. Your client is a retail strategy and innovation business based in New South Wales. Their services range from advertising (consumer insights) to architecture (store design) to digital (eCommerce, advertising, loyalty programs) and design (product, presentation, people, and process planning).
 

In this position, you will be: 

  • Taking key visuals and expertly roll them out across diverse formats and sizes to ensure consistent visual representation. 
  • Preparing artwork design files into print-ready state, meticulously following brand guidelines, correct color profiles, and meeting required print specifications. 
  • Applying artwork to die-lines and create die-lines as needed for different projects. 
  • Performing basic retouching tasks such as deep etching, color adjustments, and light & shadow enhancements. 
  • Creating captivating in-situ visuals that bring designs to life and demonstrate their real-world impact. 
  • Contributing skills in presentation design, social content creation, brand guidelines creation, and various graphic design projects such as logos, icons, posters, press ads, corporate stationery, and presentations. 

 

Graphic Artist tasks 

  • Ability to expertly roll out a key visual across various formats & sizes to maintain consistent brand representation. 
  • Developing comprehensive brand guidelines that uphold the essence and identity of the brand. 
  • Demonstrating expertise in Graphic Design, encompassing logos, icons, posters, press ads, corporate stationery, and presentations using page layouts, wordmarks, color, typefaces, textures, photography, and other design elements. 
  • Displaying proficiency in Digital Design, crafting captivating digital display banners, static/carousel/video social media posts, eDMs, websites, blogs, and native content. 
  • Working closely with project managers & creative leads throughout all design stages, from the initial brief to design concepts and rounds of development, culminating in the delivery of a finished art project (i.e., overseeing the entire design process from conception to execution).
  • Ensuring that visual assets across all media are visually appealing and consistently aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity and coherence across various platforms. 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Digital Design or a related field is required 
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least 3-5 years of working experience as a Finished Artist Designer, Senior Designer, or Digital Designer in an agency (open to less years if there is exceptional quality work). 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing finished artwork and typography, demonstrating creativity, precision, and a keen eye for design aesthetics. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and ideally some experience with After Effects, along with a solid grasp of Google Slides for seamless team collaboration is a must 
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and a proven ability to maintain visual consistency across various media, ensuring brand integrity and impact across all deliverables.
     

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office located in Cebu City, Cebu for three days, and working remotely for the remainder of the week.
