GoTeam is on the lookout for two (2) highly skilled Transaction Coordinatorto join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, from the initial executed purchase agreement to the successful closing. The client for this role aims to simplify traditionally complex aspects of real estate investing, such as taxation, operations, and legal issues, to provide a simple solution to their clients to enjoy the benefits of passive income. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals helping investors achieve high-yield returns in U.S. real estate investment in an easy and straightforward manner.

 

In this position, you will be:
  • Efficiently managing and overseeing all aspects of buyer and seller transactions, from the initial execution of the purchase agreement to a successful closing.
  • Organizing and maintaining all necessary Box files for due diligence and closing items
  • Skillfully drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs) based on analyst APODS, submitting them for review
  • Coordinating and facilitating the smooth flow of title/escrow, broker, and seller documents and information throughout the entire process
  • Thoroughly reviewing Due Diligence materials, diligently updating and maintaining a comprehensive Due Diligence Checklist as the transaction progresses.
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members by regularly updating and maintaining DD & Closing Checklists, Third Party Trackers, and the Investment Team.
  • Liaising with various departments (Accounting, Operations, Legal, etc.) within the company to acquire necessary closing documents and action items, proactively updating the Closing Checklist for optimal efficiency.
  • Facilitating the formation of LLC/SPEs for new acquisitions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in the process.
  • Carefully organizing and managing all Due Diligence and Closing materials in Box
  • Collaborating with Acquisition Analysts and Accounting to handle third-party services, invoices, reports, and documents, expertly creating Purchase Orders for due diligence Third-Party Report payments.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in handling any other duties or responsibilities assigned with competence and dedication.

 

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  •  Project management skills are considered important to efficiently handle various tasks and responsibilities.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in underwriting income property performance analysis, showcasing expertise in detailed financial and cash-flow modeling.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the real estate industry is required
  • A positive and friendly attitude, fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment while engaging with team members and clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and effective interactions with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
