As our Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from understanding the hiring needs to executing effective sourcing strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and a proven track record of success in recruiting for various roles across different industries.

In this position, you will be:

  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the organization’s hiring needs, culture, and core values
  • Developing and implementing highly effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Harnessing the power of diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods
  • Thoroughly reviewing and analyzing resumes and applications to identify exceptional candidates
  • Conducting comprehensive pre-screening and insightful interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Seamlessly managing the entire interview process, coordinating schedules, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating confident hiring decisions
  • Fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a streamlined and efficient recruitment process
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to craft tailored interview questions and define rigorous selection criteria
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, continually enhancing our strategies
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions using our advanced applicant tracking system
  • Assisting in negotiating job offers and guide successful candidates through a smooth onboarding process

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in end-to-end recruitment
  • Extensive experience in successfully recruiting for diverse roles across multiple industries, showcasing your adaptability and versatility
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices and cutting-edge sourcing strategies in the recruitment field
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline processes
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to effortlessly handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving prowess to evaluate candidate profiles and make data-driven hiring decisions
  • Results-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent
  • Utmost professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information

 

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu
