Sr. WordPress Developer | WFH (Remote), Night Shift Job | Up to PHP90,000
GoTeam is seeking two (2) talented Sr. WordPress Developers with a passion for creating custom themes and plugins, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality websites that meet our client’s needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with our design team to develop and maintain websites that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and user-friendly.

In this position, you will be:
- Leading the development of WordPress websites, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and meet client requirements.
- Developing and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins that are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Customizing existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
- Writing clean, well-structured code that adheres to WordPress coding standards and best practices
- Working closely with the design team to ensure that websites meet client requirements and are visually appealing while also maintaining a high level of functionality and user experience.
- Conducting comprehensive testing and debugging of WordPress websites to ensure that they are functioning correctly and that any issues are resolved quickly.
- Monitoring and maintaining the performance and security of existing WordPress websites, including updates, backups, and optimization, to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Experience with integration with Salesforce for lead capture and management.
- Experience with integration with Payment gateway for e-commerce functionality.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.
- Experience in gathering requirements for WordPress projects.
- Expertise in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
- Experience with web hosting and server configuration, including cloud hosting environments
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques to ensure fast page loading times.
- Knowledge of WP Engine and experience in deploying WordPress sites on the platform.
