Senior Full Stack Developer | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP100K

GoTeam is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a focus on integrating web and mobile applications with Zoom and Teams. Join our team and play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performance Interview Room application that seamlessly integrates with our ATS, leveraging the power of Zoom and Teams for audio and video communication.

In this position, you will be:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining the Interview Room web and mobile application integrated with the ATS, utilizing Zoom or Teams for audio and video communication.
• Collaborating with the product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code adhering to industry standards.
• Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and optimizing performance and maintainability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Zoom/Teams integration.
• Writing automated tests to ensure code stability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Full Stack Developer experience, specializing in Zoom/Teams integration.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining high-performance applications integrated with Zoom/Teams.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages in PHP Framework, knowledge and experience in python, Javascript and C# is an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks like Vue.js.
• WebRTC knowledge and experience implementing it in web applications.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and implementing it for Zoom/Teams API authentication.
• Experience with server-side languages like Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying applications on them.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes periodic in-office work (on certain days every quarter) based in Cebu City, Cebu, as well as remote work for the remaining days.
