Senior Full Stack Developer | Hybrid, Day-Shift | Up to PHP100K

GoTeam is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in Laravel, Vue, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should possess at least five years of experience in full-stack development, with a demonstrated record of delivering top-notch web applications and optimizing database performance. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to enhance user experience and lead a team of junior developers while offering mentorship for their professional development.

In this position, you will be:

• Developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, with a focus on usability, reliability, and performance.
• Optimizing database performance by designing efficient queries and improving data retrieval, ensuring that web applications can scale effectively as user demand grows.
• Implementing RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend components, allowing for modular and scalable web application architecture.
• Integrating WebRTC solutions for audio and video communication
• Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues to ensure a positive user experience, leveraging your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborating with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver projects efficiently
• Participating in code reviews to maintain high code quality and sharing knowledge with the team, ensuring that web applications
• Managing and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them develop professionally, including helping them learn new technical skills and grow as team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on Laravel, Vue, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Expertise in database optimization, query design, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in front-end frameworks, particularly Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Experience with WebRTC integration for audio and video communication is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
