Mid-level Full Stack Developer | Hybrid, Day-Shift | Up to PHP90K
GoTeam is seeking an experienced Mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Medium Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and a background in web development.

In this position, you will be:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web-based applications that meet business requirements.
- Creating and managing database structures, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval, and maintaining code repositories for version control.
- Identifying and troubleshooting application issues, debugging code, and implementing effective solutions
- Designing and implementing automated testing and code analysis processes to maintain code quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Implementing robust security measures to safeguard databases and applications against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Monitoring application performance, identifying bottlenecks, and devising strategies to enhance performance and scalability.
- Fostering effective collaboration with other development teams to ensure product consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, particularly in the JavaScript and Vue.js space.
- Keeping an eye on security updates and issues related to Vue.js and all project dependencies
- Developing modular and reusable components and libraries, promoting code reusability and maintainability.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing applications, ensuring compatibility, stability, and adherence to best practices.
- Demonstrating a proactive commitment to adhering to team standard rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring compliance and contributing to a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of web development experience using object-oriented or functional programming languages such as NodeJS, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
- Strong background in in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Vue.js space and NuxtJS frameworks.
- Proficiency in integrating and maintaining external software libraries and APIs using a command-line interface
- Solid expertise in managing databases using PostgreSQL, including data modeling, optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Familiarity with popular cloud solutions and platforms like Heroku and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a deep understanding of their differences and best practices.
- Strong command of version control systems, especially Git, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
