GoTeam is looking for three (3) dedicated Healthcare Account Lead to handle diverse client issues and provide exceptional customer service. As a Lead Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various client inquiries, employee support, pre-employment and transfer medicals, annual health surveillance, scheduling on-site vaccinations, coordinating random drug and alcohol testing with project managers and supervisors, and liaising with local partner clinics to establish services for clients’ employees.  Join our team of dedicated professionals and embark on a rewarding career journey with us.

In this position, you will be:

  • Supervising and observing employee and local partner clinic operations to ensure high-quality, compliant clinic testing and patient care, while upholding all established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Adhering to clients’ guidelines and protocols for making appointments, communicating with employees, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Staying informed about changes to our client’s master protocol and effectively communicating these updates to the team.
  • Demonstrating initiative, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills in handling client and employee inquiries.
  • Responding promptly to phone and email queries from employees, clients, and the CEO, and escalate complex issues to the Account Manager when necessary.
  • Verifying solutions or workarounds independently and consulting with the Account Manager to ensure seamless communication with clients and employees.
  • Providing detailed information on clinic locations and facilities for drug and alcohol testing near the employee’s place of residence or employment.
  • Maintaining confidential medical records for each client, adhering to Health and Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines.
  • Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and upholding a standard of excellence in all interactions.
  • Scheduling employee appointments based on their preferences and availability, promptly confirming them through phone or email, and maintaining accurate employee records by updating them with new data.
  • Preferred understanding of occupational health, particularly in areas like drug and alcohol testing and immediate care.
  • Collaborating with different departments to facilitate service coordination, address operational issues, and enhance the overall quality of patient care.
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy workstation, ensuring access to all essential tools and resources for efficient job performance.
  • Demonstrating capability in supporting business expansion efforts, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with consideration for fresh graduates and college undergraduates with related working experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, with exposure to BPO operations being an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams is required
  • Experience with programs like MaxCommunicator, Nitro Pro, and the ERP system is advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Computer literate with an above-average typing speed and the capacity to multitask under pressure while maintaining composure, ensuring efficient task execution even in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, records, and confidential information, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
