Full Stack Developer | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP70K
GoTeam is currently searching for a skilled Full Stack Developer who possesses a fervent drive to create top-notch, safe, and expandable web applications. The desired candidate should hold a minimum of three years of experience in full-stack development with a primary emphasis on Laravel 8 and Vue.js. Additionally, familiarity with Electron and Machine Learning would be advantageous.

In this position, you will be:
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, back-end developers, project managers, and designers, to design, develop and deploy high-quality web applications and systems.
- Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
- Developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of the applications.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Laravel and Vue.js
- Optimizing database queries and design for performance and scalability.
- Building security apps or HIPAA-compliant, PCI-compliant apps
- Practicing and applying frameworks such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and 13 Behaviors of Trust to achieve personal and professional growth.
- Contributing to a culture of trust, humility, and gratitude within the organization.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Laravel 8 and Vue JS.
- Experience with database optimization, query design, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira and Trello.
- Experience building security apps or HIPAA-compliant, PCI-compliant apps is a plus.
- Experience with Electron and Machine Learning is a plus.
