Customer Experience Coordinator | Full-Remote, Night-Shift | Up to PHP38K
GoTeam is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our valued customers. You will be working with a property management company based on the West Coast of the United States that caters to the corporate and residential housing requirements of communities across over 30 cities. The company enables its clients to pursue their opportunities, interests, relationships, and family wherever they may take them by providing flexible housing solutions.
In this position, you will be:
- Conducting thorough audits of arrival details, including inspections and open maintenance items, to guarantee a hassle-free check-in process for guests.
- Setting up property information accurately and efficiently on various third-party platforms, while also submitting competitive bid options for new requests.
- Handling wholesale documents, building information requests, and bids with precision and a keen eye for detail, minimizing errors and ensuring all documentation is completed promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property industry or related field is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using third-party platforms and computer software to efficiently process and manage information.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external partners effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet to resolve any customer-related issues that may arise.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a dedication to fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization.
