GoTeam is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Technical Recruitment Manager to join our team who will be responsible for ensuring the placement of quality talents with our clients in the IT/Tech industries. As the TA Technical Recruitment Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment cycle, leading the technical recruitment team, and driving resource planning to meet the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

In this position, you will be:

Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle:

  • Calibrating with clients to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  • Actively searching for top-tier passive candidates to develop a deep network of talent, utilizing various recruitment channels.
  • Connecting and engaging with qualified candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS), job sites, and other sourcing channels.
  • Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates for technical roles.
  • Maintaining accurate and concise records and reports throughout the recruitment process.

 

Leading the Technical Recruitment Team:

  • Leading the technical recruitment team and manage their overall performance.
  • Reviewing and standardize recruitment processes, implementing process management activities to optimize resources and meet service levels.
  • Setting targets and goals for the team and providing coaching and training to improve the team’s performance.
  • Evaluating the team’s performance, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
  • Ensuring adherence to all recruitment policies, procedures, and techniques.

 

Resource Planning:

  • Driving the design, development, and delivery of effective recruitment strategies to achieve quality standards.
  • Making strategic and operational decisions based on available facts, constraints, and probable consequences to profitability and targets.
  • Maintaining regular engagement with key client contacts, conducting operational performance reviews and establishing an efficient communication model.
  • Optimizing recruitment resources to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Analyzing and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a focus on end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring IT/Technical roles, with at least 4-5 years of direct experience in this area.
  • Demonstrated experience in Recruitment Management or a leadership role, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong expertise in Client Management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, coupled with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proficient in Market Mapping and Talent Insights for IT/Tech roles, with a deep understanding of industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience overseeing and managing a small or large team of recruitment professionals
  • Proven experience in sourcing or lead generation, utilizing innovative techniques and platforms to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle administrative tasks, coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior executives and candidates.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze individuals and situations accurately, making informed decisions and providing insightful recommendations.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying recruitment challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.

 

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
