Sales Development Representative | Hybrid, Night-Shift | Up to PHP50K
GoTeam is seeking two (2) diligent Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As SDRs, you will report to the sales team and have the opportunity for personal and career development. We are looking for committed, resourceful, and creative individuals who thrive on making a tangible impact and enjoy the thrill of closing deals.
You will be working with a company that provides flood risk management solutions to businesses, government agencies, and individuals. Their services include flood risk assessments, flood insurance placement, flood emergency response planning, and blood risk mitigation strategies. They aim to help their clients reduce their exposure to flood risks and protect their assets by providing tailored and comprehensive flood management solutions.
In this position, you will be:
- Conducting a high volume of prospecting calls using various outreach channels such as phone, email, and social selling, generating a minimum of 50+ calls per day.
- Utilizing effective sales tools to maximize efficiency and productivity, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing Salesforce software
- Cold calling internally generated property leads, convincing them to avail of free engineering consultation, logging the leads into Salesforce, and scheduling meetings.
- Delivering a consultative prospecting experience with a focus on creative personalization.
- Developing and managing a book of target accounts, identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop and implement prospecting resources.
- Collaborating with Sales and Operational leaders to secure quality and quantity of meetings with prospective customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Sales, preferably 2-4 years, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
- Proven track record of high achievement and success in Business Development or a related field
- Familiarity and proficiency with common sales tools such as LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others
- Prior experience in phone sales, showcasing your ability to engage and convert prospects over the phone
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Insurance, or Construction industries is a significant advantage
- Tech-savvy, including proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRMs, sales engagement tools, and a willingness to leverage technology for sales effectiveness.
- Goal-oriented, disciplined, and highly competitive mindset, driven to surpass measurable performance goals and thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage and persuade prospects
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing tech-centric environment, adapting quickly to new tools, strategies, and market dynamics.
- Agile and open to experimentation, and have a natural curiosity and desire to understand the underlying motivations and needs of prospects
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects
Candidate must be willing to work in the office located in Cebu City for the first three months of employment.
