Sales Data Processor | Hybrid, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30,000

 

GoTeam is looking for Sales Data Processor to join the team who will be responsible for performing data entry, verification, and quality control tasks to ensure the accuracy of sales information. Working as part of a team, the Sales Data Processor will collaborate with colleagues to complete various sales-related duties, including filing sales tax, collecting third-party remittances, calculating and recording royalties and ad funds, and assisting with other delegated tasks.

The client is a franchise accounting expert providing accurate, timely, and reliable financial data through their cloud-based, customizable accounting dashboard allowing both first-time business owners and experienced multi-unit operators to manage their businesses with ease.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Reviewing sales data in Xero accounting software compared to point of sale (POS) records.
  • Posting sales tax accurately in Xero accounting software.
  • Retrieving and entering sales data from various online portals.
  • Manually entering sales entries as necessary.
  • Calculating and recording royalties and ad funds for franchise operations.
  • Following instructions provided by the sales tax specialist.
  • Pulling bank statements and credit card data, importing them into the system, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Consistently demonstrating the client’s core values in all aspects of the job.
  • Paying high attention to detail, diligently following checklists, and performing quality checks.
  • Possessing a general understanding of business accounting principles.
  • Being knowledgeable about invoices, bills, and sales tax calculations.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in using accounting software, specifically Xero.
  • Proficient in data entry and verification techniques, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid grasp of business accounting practices and principles, enabling the effective interpretation and analysis of financial data.
  • In-depth knowledge of invoicing procedures, bill processing, and comprehensive understanding of sales tax calculations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Proven track record of working efficiently under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
  • Exemplary professional conduct, displaying unwavering integrity and a strong sense of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

 

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
