Lead Generation Specialist | Onsite, Day-Shift | Up to PHP35K

GoTeam is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join the team. The candidate’s main tasks include building databases of qualified leads for client partners, expanding the marketing pool, and influencing qualified leads to attend the company’s marketing events. They utilize outbound lead generation techniques via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and phone outreach to connect organizations with our Client Partners and facilitate problem-solving and breakthrough results. The role requires a proactive and adaptable professional with strong communication skills.

In this position, you will be: 

  • Utilizing LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to acquire marketing consent from potential customers who meet the qualifying criteria. 
  • Facilitating the connection between the qualified lead and the client partner to foster effective communication and collaboration. 
  • Ensuring the Salesforce lead records contain precise and up-to-date information about the leads. 
  • Generating follow-up tasks in Salesforce to ensure a structured and organized approach to lead management. 
  • Conducting outbound calls as necessary to engage with potential customers. 
  • Undertaking any other necessary tasks on an ad hoc basis to support our objectives. 
  • Proactively contributing to enhancing both internal and external business processes by identifying more efficient approaches. 
  • Embracing a collaborative spirit, supporting teamwork, and striving for outstanding business outcomes by taking on additional responsibilities as required. 

  

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, coupled with a track record of implementing effective lead generation strategies. 
  • Expertise and hands-on experience in effectively utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proficiency in LinkedIn automation tools like Octopus and Dripify is highly preferred. 
  • A genuine passion for FranklinCovey’s content and mission.
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce CRM is desirable 
  • Advanced skills in lead generation, database management, and CRM utilization, specifically within the LinkedIn Sales Navigator context 
  • Understanding of the Australian Spam Act 2003 is a plus 
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
