Account Manager | Full-Remote, Night-Shift | Up to PHP55K

Take charge of client relations, marketing packages, and programs while managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships.
As a dedicated team of solutions providers, your client specializes in creating cutting-edge products that propel brands into the future. By anticipating and fulfilling unmet needs, they ensure brands are positioned for success before they even realize the requirement.
In this position, you will be:
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact, and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Business Development and C-Level executives, to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure client success.
- Conducting in-depth research on client behavior, identifying new business opportunities, and providing creative solutions to address client challenges.
- Managing and maintaining detailed client accounts, including contact information, order preferences, and history.
- Proactively anticipating key account changes, opportunities, and improvements, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders, and for future case studies or training purposes.
- Facilitating seamless communication between key clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
- Maintaining flexibility to be available outside of core business hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of Google Suite web analytics tools is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer complaints and needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product ideas and information to clients.
- Proficiency in MS Suite software is a plus
- Up-to-date understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customers and clients.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and analyzing client data.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes while having a willingness to learn and continuously improve skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Could be open to candidates without any experience or less than 2 years of experience
