Marketing Manager | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP70K
GoTeam is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager who can elevate our social media presence. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective retargeting campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to increase engagement, drive conversions and achieve overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of successful campaigns and possess exceptional creative and analytical skills.

In this position, you will be:
- Developing and executing retargeting strategies on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to target leads and converting them into meetings for B2B service offerings.
- Creating and managing audience segmentation, ad creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance using various tracking tools, providing recommendations for optimizations to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure the effective execution of retargeting campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools, and applying this knowledge to continually improve campaign performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract top candidates for open positions and effectively market the company’s employer brand.
- Coordinating online marketing campaigns across all social and digital media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand message and optimized user experience.
- Building and leading effective teams, managing multiple projects, and supervising collaboration between departments to drive candidate acquisition and branding strategies.
- Leading website development and overseeing all candidate-facing digital communication channels
- Tracking growth and maintaining analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to upper management, driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Managing a team of diverse marketing professionals, including a Content Writer, Video Editors, Social Media Assistant, Graphic Designers, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist, fostering a positive team culture and ensuring successful project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing is required, with a proven track record of running successful retargeting campaigns on Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Experience in implementing digital marketing strategies and proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok and Instagram reels, SEO, LinkedIn Retargeting and Advertising, Google Tag Manager, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a strong command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and make data-driven decisions
- Collaboration skills are essential, as the Social Media Advertising Manager must work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Detail-oriented, with great attention to detail and the ability to review high volumes of client requests in a very detailed manner, is a must-have trait.
- The ideal candidate must exhibit a strong drive for results, with passion, enthusiasm, and determination to get tasks done efficiently.

- Having prior experience in the outsourcing or virtual assistants industry is a plus
Must be amenable to work in a hybrid arrangement, working from the office on Mondays, while working from home for the rest of the week, and be available to report to the workplace during visits by the Founder or CEO or when a project requires more collaboration.
