In this position, you will be:
- Analyzing sales and marketing data, conducting sales forecasting, analyzing campaign performance, and evaluating customer behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Managing the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data, creating and running reports, and providing training and support to sales and marketing teams.
- Assisting in lead generation and management processes, including qualifying leads, assigning them to sales representatives, tracking lead progress, and reporting on lead conversion rates.
- Generating regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including KPIs, sales pipeline analysis, marketing campaign metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Supporting the sales team by providing necessary resources and tools, creating sales collateral, presentations, and training materials, and assisting in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimizing sales and marketing processes, evaluating current workflows, suggesting improvements, and implementing new systems or tools.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating campaign launches, managing marketing assets, and facilitating communication.
- Conducting market research on trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Providing general support to the sales and marketing teams, including event coordination, logistics, vendor relationship management, and addressing inquiries from stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, and other sales and marketing technology platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing operations.
- Skilled in managing dynamic lead lists and implementing effective segmentation strategies.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and integrating third-party systems.
- Proven ability to validate, clean, and maintain accurate lead data.
- Proficient in utilizing ZoomInfo and LinkedIn for successful lead generation.
- Experience in advanced lead searches and precise list segmentation.
- Strong track record of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset for efficient lead management and optimization.
- Experience in dashboard overhaul and generating insightful reports for sales teams.
- Ability to execute list hygiene and data validation processes with precision.
- Skilled in refining search filters to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Proficient in managing outsourced teams and collaborating with consultants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization within a marketing context.
- Proven ability to handle marketing-specific use cases and effectively manage lead data.
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute strategies at both strategic and tactical levels.
