Paid Media Manager | WFH(Remote), Day-Shift | Up to PH90K
GoTeam is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Media Manager to join our team who will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, measuring performance, creating engaging content, executing email marketing campaigns, updating website content, and supporting lead generation activities. Your client is a leading digital marketing agency that specializes in helping businesses achieve their online marketing goals. With a team of experienced professionals, they provide comprehensive solutions ranging from strategic planning and campaign management to website development and lead generation. Their client-centric approach and innovative strategies have earned them a reputation for delivering measurable results and driving business growth.
In this position, you will be:
- Managing and optimizing multiple digital advertising accounts for agency clients, including planning, ad account setup, campaign setup, tracking, measurement, optimization, and reporting.
- Utilizing advanced skills and experience in platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms like Adroll to drive successful advertising campaigns.
- Setting up and configuring paid media analytics tools and Google G4 analytics tools to track performance and conversions, and generating insightful reports using the agency dashboard tool Agency Analytics.
- Formatting and resizing images, videos, and copy for advertising placements, utilizing draft creative content from the agency’s graphic designer and copywriter. Writing Google ads and basic copy for Facebook ads based on client websites.
- Executing email marketing campaigns and automation using tools like Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Klavio, and Hubspot, ensuring proper testing, monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Performing basic content updates to WordPress and Shopify websites, collaborating with the agency’s web developer.
- Supporting the setup and optimization of lead generation activities through web landing pages, paid media, and email marketing.
- Utilizing the agency’s project management system to track hours and tasks, ensuring organization, and providing regular updates on activities and performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in a Business field or a related discipline.
- Google AdWords Certification, Facebook/Instagram Ads Certification, G4 and GTM Certification is highly preferred
- Proven experience and expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in using Facebook Business Manager and other ad channel platforms, including advanced knowledge of e-commerce functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in setting up and analyzing paid media analytics tools and Google G4 analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy for advertising campaigns and email marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Klavio, and Hubspot, and the ability to execute successful campaigns and automations.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and Shopify platforms to perform content updates on websites.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through various digital marketing channels and contribute to lead generation strategies.
- Highly organized and proficient in using project management systems to track hours, tasks, and provide regular updates on activities and performance.
