Member Growth and Experience Executive | Full-Remote, Night-Shift | Up to PHP27K
GoTeam is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Member Growth and Experience Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing member satisfaction, managing retention strategies, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in utilizing software such as QuickBooks, Canva, CRM (Copper), and project management tools like Asana.
The client is a strategic, innovative leader with a proven track record of building successful tech businesses for the last 25 years and has been instrumental in building business models for success based in New Jersey, USA.
In this position, you will be:
- Fostering member satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive member experience.
- Following up on invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Implementing effective member retention strategies and proactively engaging with members to identify their needs and concerns.
- Providing support on social media platforms, responding to comments, and engaging with our online community.
- Utilizing Canva to create visually appealing and engaging materials for marketing and communication purposes.
- Updating and managing member contacts using CRM software (Copper) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Preparing presentations and reports to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key findings to stakeholders.
- Tracking project status updates and maintaining project documents
- Ensuring projects adhere to established schedules, milestones, and quality standards.
- Entering and managing project information in digital project databases
- Utilizing Asana for project management and coordination, creating project plans, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Coordinating and executing daily administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of projects and initiatives.
- Consulting with project stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and communicate project-related information to the Project Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant or similar role
- Strong experience in B2B sales, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, QuickBooks, and Asana
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Proficiency in CRM administration, particularly with experience using CRM software (Copper).
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent scheduling skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and experience in creating project plans.
- Familiarity with financial management software for invoice tracking and accounting tasks.
- Experience in using Canva or similar graphic design tools to create visually appealing materials.
- Customer service mindset and the ability to engage with members and address their needs.
- Experience in managing membership circles and implementing member retention strategies.
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute virtual events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for participants.
