Marketing Designer | Hybrid, Day-Shift | Up to PHP35K
GoTeam is searching for a Marketing Designer who will join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting visually captivating and compelling content that effectively communicates our brand’s message and promotes our products or services. Working closely with the marketing team, the candidate will be responsible for developing eye-catching designs across various channels, including digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, and print collateral.

In this position, you will be:
- Conceptualizing and creating visually captivating graphics that are in line with the brand identity and effectively convey the marketing objectives.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to gain insights into campaign goals and target audience, translating this understanding into relevant and appealing designs.
- Developing engaging graphics for various marketing channels, both digital and offline, ensuring consistent brand representation and integrity.
- Remaining up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.
- Adapting designs seamlessly to different platforms and formats, ensuring a cohesive user experience across diverse channels.
- Conducting regular design reviews, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to optimize their impact and performance.
- Working collaboratively with copywriters, photographers, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate visual elements with written content.
- Maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all marketing materials adhere to established standards.
- Utilizing design software and other relevant tools proficiently to craft high-quality graphics and multimedia content.
- Infusing innovative ideas and creative solutions into marketing strategies and campaigns, contributing to their overall success.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven track record as a graphic designer or marketing designer, supported by an impressive portfolio showcasing relevant and successful work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and proficiency in utilizing other graphic design tools.
- Excellent grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, grasping marketing requirements, and transforming them into compelling visuals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a keen sense of time management to meet deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, combined with a passion for crafting visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is considered a valuable asset to enrich marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics provides an advantageous
