Multimedia Designer | Full-Remote, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP40K

 

GoTeam company is seeking a skilled and motivated Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing digital assets including web display banners, social media ads, and videos that meet the client’s needs. They will work closely with the client services team and/or sales team to ensure effective designs that are visually appealing and meet the client’s objectives.

This opportunity allows you to work with a Texas-based full-service digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation and online advertising solutions. With a focus on leveraging innovative technologies and data-driven strategies, they aid businesses in boosting their online visibility and driving sales.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Developing visually appealing and effective designs for digital assets such as web display banners, social media ads, and videos that meet the client’s objectives.
  • Collaborating with the client services team and/or sales team to ensure effective communication and understanding of the client’s needs.
  • Managing multiple projects independently or with the team to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Creating and exporting different sizes of web display banners and social ads such as Instagram stories and FB single images for client approval.
  • Producing video content and ensuring it is of high quality and meets client requirements.
  • Cataloging and organizing final deliverables for future reference and use, ensuring proper file naming, native file placement, and final asset destination format standards.
  • Providing feedback to other departments throughout the design process and being a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in industry-standard Adobe software, Odoo, and other software as needed.
  • Upholding the company’s brand identity and maintaining a consistent design aesthetic across all digital assets
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and creativity

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in industry-standard Adobe software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
  • Strong background in video production will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze design requirements and create effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
  • Process-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions
  • Collaborative team player who can provide constructive feedback and work in a team environment
