You’ll get the chance to collaborate with an esteemed client – a privately held real estate investment, development, and asset management company based in the lively San Francisco Bay Area. They focus on acquiring well-located net leased retail and industrial properties, along with grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping centers that demonstrate strong real estate fundamentals and unit-level economics. The organization takes great pride in blending the creativity and adaptability of a boutique firm with the solid discipline and risk management practices of an established institutional investment company. 

 

In this position, you will be: 

  • Controlling company calendar, plan and forecast regular team meetings, quarterly reviews, corporate travel, and other key events to maintain efficient scheduling and organization. 
  • Identifying innovative solutions to enhance team communication, collaboration, and workflow efficiency, contributing to the overall productivity of the organization. 
  • Providing administrative assistance to other executives, coordinating events, catering orders, IT support, and overseeing office logistics to ensure a seamless and productive work environment. 
  • Offering organizational support, including managing correspondence, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with special projects, research, and analysis. 
  • Tracking and managing individual employee, department, and company goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (OKRs and KPIs). 
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and operations. 
  • Conducting research and maintaining ownership information databases for various properties 
  • Overseeing all company department email accounts and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication across different functional areas. 
  • Assisting in marketing efforts for internal company initiatives and external investment projects 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required to demonstrate a strong educational foundation for the position. 
  • A self-starter and hard-working individual, showcasing dedication and a proactive approach to tasks. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), enabling seamless collaboration and communication within the team. 
  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and identify effective solutions, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, building positive relationships and fostering a supportive work environment. 
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary to meet important deadlines or handle urgent matters.
