In this position, you will be:

  • Collaborating extensively with both the marketing and sales teams to meticulously develop and oversee the social media and email marketing calendar, ensuring perfect alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Crafting and meticulously scheduling captivating social media posts rooted in consumption insights, ensuring a consistently vibrant online presence.
  • Thoroughly conducting research on relevant hashtags to exponentially enhance brand awareness and drive high-impact traffic.
  • Collating team input to create relatable and impactful content encompassing diverse formats such as photos, videos, and stories.
  • Continuously optimizing social media profiles to attain peak visibility and foster maximum engagement.
  • Vigilantly monitoring and promptly responding to inquiries across GoTeam’s array of social media platforms.
  • Remaining current with social media trends, novel features, and platform transitions, allowing for agile strategy adjustments.
  • Aiding in the segmentation and meticulous management of email lists, facilitating seamless email distribution.
  • Generating comprehensive reports and conduct in-depth analyses of social media and campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintaining up-to-date familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends, thereby enriching the overall strategic approach.\

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in managing social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Profound understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
  • Track record of effectively handling and expanding social media accounts to drive audience engagement.
  • Proven success in planning, executing, and refining impactful digital campaigns.
  • Skill in crafting and implementing compelling content strategies across various digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to track, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics.

 

The candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid work setup, which involves working at the office located in Cebu City on Mondays and whenever the CEO/CTO are present in Cebu. Additionally, the candidate will work remotely for the remainder of the week.
