All Is Well: GoTeam’s Annual Physical Exam 2023
On February 16-17, 2023, GoTeam held its Annual Physical Exam (APE) for its employees. The APE is a yearly event that GoTeam organizes to promote the health and wellness of its employees.
The APE was held at the GoTeam HQ in IT Park, Cebu, and all GoTeam employees were required to attend. The APE consisted of a series of tests and assessments that evaluated the team members’ overall health.
The physical examination included a variety of tests, such as blood pressure measurement, X-ray, physical assessment, visual acuity exams, among others. These tests were conducted by medical professionals who were present onsite.
In addition to the physical examination, the APE also included mental and emotional assessments. These assessments were designed to evaluate the employees’ mental and emotional health, including their stress levels and overall well-being.
One of the highlights of the APE was the “health booth,” where team members were given apples (because an apple a day keeps the doctor away!) and free vitamins. The employees had the opportunity to learn about healthy eating habits, stress management techniques, and exercise programs that they could incorporate into their daily lives.
