Before you pack your swimwear and sunscreen, read this:
- The P10,000 referral rewards and the chance to win a trip to Bali for 2 are available to active GoTeam team members only.
- The P10,000 referral reward will apply only to team members who sent in referrals after 1 April 2022, who were then subsequently hired.
- Do remind your referrals to name you as their referee when they fill out our Online Job Application Form on R24 and when they are interviewed.
- If two team members endorse the same individual, the referral, during the initial interview, will be asked who first convinced them to apply. That person will then get the P10,000 referral bonus.
- The rewards will be disbursed by the GoTeam Finance Department under the terms and schedule in effect at the time the rewards are earned.
