Visual Media Operations Specialist | WFH (Cebu), Night Shift Job | Up to PHP50K
GoTeam is currently looking for a Visual Media Operations Specialist responsible for developing and executing visual media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement visually appealing and effective digital ads.
Your client is a Texas-based full-service digital advertising and software solutions agency that drives leads, appointments, and sales for their clients.
In this position, you will be:
- Managing Programmatic Display Advertising using platforms such as Xandr and Google Display Network.
- Creating and optimizing YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Developing and implementing Social Advertising strategies across various platforms including Meta and TikTok.
- Working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyze performance data.
- Monitoring and adjusting campaign performance to meet desired standards.
- Expected to stay current with the latest industry trends and platform updates to ensure the adoption of best practices and in providing recommendations to the team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align work strategies with business objectives
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Programmatic Advertising across different social media platforms.
- Expertise in managing multiple accounts effectively and efficiently.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality work
- Dependable and demonstrates a strong work ethic in all tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet software is a plus
