GoTeam is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Finance Recruiter) to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier finance professionals to meet the hiring needs of our clients. In this position, you will be:

  • Handling Client Management
    • Ensuring the placement of high-quality talent with clients in the finance industry.
    • Managing client relationships by overseeing hiring for assigned job orders, serving as the main point of contact, and providing regular updates.
    • Facilitating client interviews and additional hiring assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    • Maintaining timely communication with clients regarding recruitment service-related concerns and participating in client meetings and reporting.
  • Handling Candidate Management
    • Reviewing and assessing shortlisted candidates sourced by Talent Acquisition Assistants (TAAs) for assigned job orders.
    • Conducting initial interviews with candidates and facilitating the completion of their profiles for client endorsement.
    • Reviewing employment applications and background-check reports to evaluate candidate qualifications.
    • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both past and potential candidates.
    • Following up with candidates whose profiles are incomplete and proactively searching the database for profiles to present to potential clients.
  • Coordinating with Internal Department
    • Collaborating closely with internal departments to develop innovative strategies for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
    • Maintaining effective relationships with operations and other departments within the organization.
    • Coordinating and monitoring activities, and implementing policies and procedures within the talent acquisition domain.
  • External Intel
    • Proactively seeking market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
    • Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and mapping market intelligence based on candidate information.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a focus on end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven experience in hiring finance roles for local or BPO companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the finance industry.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
  • Proficient in market mapping techniques for finance roles and industries
  • Experience in sourcing or lead generation, utilizing various channels and platforms
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and conduct client and executive meetings.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruiting hard-to-fill roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, allowing for accurate assessment of candidates and situations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships

 

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
