Talent Acquisition Associate – Lead Generation | WFH, Day Shift Job | Up to 25K 

   

GoTeam is seeking a competent Talent Acquisition Associate (Lead Generation) who will be responsible for generating leads, building a pipeline, and managing candidate profiles and client-matching. 

The client is a managed operations company, located in Cebu City, that provides its clients based in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the US with offshore employees. In this position, you will be:  

  • Managing candidate profiles and client-matching  
  • Searching online job boards for jobs from potential clients to reverse market within AU and US location 
  • Searching for companies on LinkedIn who can be ideal clients – company size specific, industry, members of institutions, and CEO programs  
  • Finding key people, contact information, and business details  
  • Sending connections and value-adding, and strategic messages for reach-out in LinkedIn 
  • Managing LinkedIn profile for branding, engagement, and reach  
  • Conducting market research on high-volume clients for potential leads  
  • Continuously researching lead sources for client acquisition 

 

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:  

  • Extensive experience in doing lead generation  
  • Experienced in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Searches for Client Acquisition  
  • Experience in reaching out to potential Clients – CEOs, COOs, and Decision Makers, and has handled market research and data collection  
  • Great written and negotiation skills  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Reports  
  • Knowledge in managing and tracking lead generation campaigns  
  • Good working knowledge in lead conversion
