Specialist Investor Experience | Remote, Night Shift | Up to PHP30K

GoTeam is seeking a competent Specialist Investor Experience. This is a key role that collaborates with and supports the Investor Experience in executing the investor relations (IR) strategy, supporting the team in various administrative functions, and assisting in the overall advancement of the IR program. The position’s goal is not only to meet the requirements below but also to move the department forward and create a more efficient and effective environment.

Your client is a best-in-class property investment, management, and redevelopment business based in Indiana. They joined an elite group in 2020, 2019, and 2018 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. They acquire and manage multi-family apartment communities, guided by “a mindset of steady and deliberate growth.”

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Supporting the investment and/or sales team with administrative functions, as needed
  • Assisting in the data collection, analysis, writing and editing, and production of publications and electronic media used in the IR program
  • Collaborating with the Manager, Investor Experience to create investment messages
  • Supporting the IR team with document creation, execution, and retention
  • Making of the annual report: supports with research, analysis, writing, image creation, editing, and operation or supervision of production
  • Supporting the creation of quarterly results
  • Administering the IR website archive of historical information for investors
  • Assisting with annual, general, and special investor meetings and coordinating and managing investor events.
  • Responding to special requests and inquiries
  • Doing other duties as assigned

 

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

  • Outstanding analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability
  • Comfortable with and enjoys tasks requiring a high level of attention to detail and concentration
  • Ability to establish new relationships in new industries quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with G-Suite is a plus.
  • Extremely high level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
  • Strong interpersonal skills, superior intellect, and an outstanding ability to communicate using these qualities and skills
  • Ability to multitask, see the big picture, and pivot at a moment’s notice to another assignment
  • Works and thrives under pressure and incoming deadline
