Settlement Support | Remote, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP35K

 

GoTeam is currently seeking Settlement Support to manage administrative tasks, documentation, CRM management, and communications during the residential lending application process. Reporting to the Head of Settlement, Settlement Specialists, and Mortgage Administrator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling pre-submission quality checks on all outgoing applications to lenders, guiding and assisting clients through the mortgage application process, and providing support to the Settlement Specialists team in managing administrative tasks.

Your client works on making mortgages less of a burden for Kiwis, helping build wealth, and saving thousands of dollars on their clients’ mortgage repayments.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Preparing and conducting quality checks on all outgoing applications to lenders.
  • Guiding and assisting clients through any given lender’s mortgage application process from submission to settlement.
  • Assisting the Settlement Specialists team in managing administrative tasks, documentation, CRM management, and communications during the application process.
  • Managing application administration/documents, prescreen assistance, expense verification, loan approval condition management, loan structure documentation processing, and bank communications for document follow-up.
  • Handling opportunity closure and commission conciliation, compliance procedure milestone checks
  • Managing settlement administrative tasks like valuation report ordering, inbox management, email allocation, and report generation to Advisory.
  • Being agile in accommodating new processes internal to the Settlement team.
  • Being adept at prioritizing both tasks and timeframes to ensure successful outcomes across various Advisers’ caseloads.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Google Suite tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial lending services and terminology, with a preference for experience in residential lending applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to conduct pre-submission quality checks on outgoing applications and manage loan approval condition management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions to ensure successful outcomes across various Advisers’ caseloads.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
