Senior Full Stack Developer | Hybrid, Mid-Shift Job | Up to PHP100K

In this position, you will be:
- Optimizing database performance by designing efficient queries and improving data retrieval, ensuring that web applications can scale effectively as user demand grows.
- Implementing RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend components, allowing for modular and scalable web application architecture.
- Integrating WebRTC solutions for audio and video communication
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues to ensure a positive user experience, leveraging your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborating with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver projects efficiently
- Participating in code reviews to maintain high code quality and sharing knowledge with the team, ensuring that web applications
- Managing and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them develop professionally, including helping them learn new technical skills and grow as team members.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in database optimization, query design, and performance tuning.
- Proficient in front-end frameworks, particularly Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
- Experience with WebRTC integration for audio and video communication is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
