Search Operations Specialist | Full-Remote, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP55K
GoTeam is seeking a Search Operations Specialist with experience in the Google Ads platform, particularly in running Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns and paid YouTube advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to work with multiple accounts and analyze campaigns on a scale.
This opportunity allows you to work with a Texas-based full-service digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation and online advertising solutions. With a focus on leveraging innovative technologies and data-driven strategies, they aid businesses in boosting their online visibility and driving sales.
In this position, you will be:
- Executing and enhancing Paid Search (PPC/SEM) and paid YouTube advertising campaigns for clients, ensuring optimal performance.
- Working collaboratively with the team to manage both paid search and YouTube advertising build tickets by performing assigned tasks.
- Analyzing campaign metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary adjustments to enhance results.
- Managing multiple accounts simultaneously and performing recurring tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Utilizing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to establish tracking and measurement protocols for evaluating campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives and goals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to incorporate best practices and maintain a competitive edge.
- Executing paid search and YouTube advertising uploads based on the team’s teachings and participating in the completion of assigned ticket requests in the work queue.
- Performing additional duties/tasks related to ticket/queue tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in using the Google Ads platform, with a focus on executing Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns and paid YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and analyze campaigns at scale while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A keen eye for detail and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving to identify and troubleshoot issues in campaign performance.
- Proficient in working with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance and user behavior.
- Comfortable with data-entry tasks that require accuracy and attention to detail, including creating reports and entering data into spreadsheets.
- Prior experience with an agency or working with multiple clients is preferred, demonstrating an ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Demonstrates a passion for digital marketing, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seeking opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality work.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to continually learn and develop within the organization, exhibiting a growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
