Salesforce Administrator | Remote, Mid-Shift Job | Up to PHP30K

 

GoTeam is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is able to work remotely and/or telecommute. Thus, you must be a hands-on, self-starter, & entrepreneurial professional with the ability to “hit the ground running”. You will already have well-developed communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills.

You will support a real estate investment firm that has made it to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing U.S. companies every year from 2016 to 2021. They’ve enjoyed 8 continuous years of rapid growth and built up a portfolio of US$250 million in assets under management. These include investment properties in 10 states in the U.S. and in Spain. Plus, they’re wonderful corporate citizens, too: they help raise funding to support research on Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that impacts young girls. In this position, you will be:

  • Creating and maintaining documentation of all Salesforce processes.
  • Receiving and processing Real Estate sales including reservations, purchase contracts, and sale closing.
  • Working with all sales parties to ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce data.
  • Checking the accuracy of maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Processing sales commission invoices.
  • Verifying personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating brokers, buyers, vendors, and customer records.
  • Compiling and reporting weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Directing feedback from brokers, buyers, attorneys, and notaries to relevant
  • departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

 

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using salesforce.
  • Project management skills are important.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a positive friendly attitude
  • Real estate knowledge/experience is required
  • Spanish speaking is preferable, but not required
