Sales Admin Support | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP54K
GoTeam is currently looking for a Sales and Admin Support who will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing and brand awareness strategies, creating marketing materials, and assisting in copywriting/editing for the website. The roles also involve scheduling calls and meetings with potential clients, data entry, and assisting with accounts receivable collection.
You will be working with a company that provides flood risk management solutions to businesses, government agencies, and individuals. Their services include flood risk assessments, flood insurance placement, flood emergency response planning, and flood risk mitigation strategies. They aim to help their clients reduce their exposure to flood risks and protect their assets by providing tailored and comprehensive flood management solutions.
In this position, you will be:
- Aiding in the development and execution of marketing and brand awareness strategies.
- Utilizing various marketing campaigns to promote brand recognition.
- Collaborating with the IT website team to produce marketing materials.
- Assisting with website copywriting and editing.
- Preparing marketing materials for distribution to the sales team.
- Conducting email marketing campaigns.
- Editing social media videos and content.
- Consistently posting on social media platforms 3-4 times per week.
- Publishing testimonial videos once recordings are available.
- Contributing to blog creation in partnership with the NFE team, maintaining a regular posting schedule.
- Participating in ideation sessions to generate innovative growth strategies.
- Responsible for scheduling internal “In the zone” series podcast testimonial calls.
- Arranging speaking podcast engagements with external groups.
- Coordinating out-of-town meetings for the sales manager or sales team to attend conferences.
- Making AR collection calls for invoices overdue by more than 30 days.
- Conducting Guava data entry for House Rep, Team leads, and eventually assisting the sales team as needed (time permitting).
- Capable of completing 25-40 property reviews per week depending on property sizes (assuming an average review duration of 30 minutes, but smaller properties may require closer to 15 minutes) upon completing the training
Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least a college degree holder
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce to effectively manage customers and monitor sales performance
- Familiarity with HubSpot to streamline marketing campaigns, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver a personalized customer experience
- Possess marketing experience is a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
