Sales Admin Support | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP30K

 

GoTeam is seeking competent Sales Admin Support (Day Shift). The Sales Admin Support will oversee the performance and efficiency levels of Sales Representatives. They typically do not sell products or services but help a remote and in-house sales force by setting appointments, ensuring that salespeople have a sufficient supply of samples, brochures, and other sales material, sending materials as needed for trade shows, and collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, advertising, and promotions. They might report directly to a sales director or sales manager. Their main duties include setting goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules, and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tools.

In this position, you will be:

  • Completing HubSpot sales certification in the first week
  • Updating HubSpot with the client company and contact details
  • Creating weekly sales data reports
  • Assisting CEO with ad hoc reports
  • Updating HubSpot with sales feedback from discovery calls
  • Lodging new clients and creating deals
  • Dealing on the proposal sent stages, liaise with the recruitment team for 5-star profiles for Donna or Klein to send to clients
  • Updating client deals based on recruitment correspondence
  • Strategic Partner Reporting (YPO, CEOCI, & HireBetter)
  • Updating job orders
  • Updating all current client details (project)
  • Lodging new clients
  • Lodging job orders to draft and save both for new and expansion
  • Booking in Discovery call meetings
  • Creating pre discover call email to send to Sales prior to the discovery call.
  • Signed MSAs to upload to relevant online databases
  • Creating client folders and preparing MSA, SOW, and onboarding sheet
  • Collaborating with the marketing team for updated slides
  • Researching online job ads of current clients, Liaise with Faith for 5-star profiles for Donna or Klein to send to clients
  • Researching online job ads of new sales leads that are our ideal clients (YPO, CEOCI, 50+ onshore with values alignment), Liaise with Faith for 5-star profiles for Dona or Klien to send to clients
  • Marketing map out Point of Contact per department for all clients

 

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

  • Proven understanding of principles of excellent customer service
  • Organizational Skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizing and reprioritizing to meet company needs
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on team success
  • Skilled in creating schedules and tracking data
  • HubSpot or other CRMs experience (a plus but not required)
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making when dealing with customer issues
  • Empathic attitude
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Any college degree
  • Hospitality Industry (is a plus)
  • Sales background (a plus but not required) regardless of industry
  • Client-facing experience
  • Knowledge of MS Suite/Outlook/MS Office 365
  • Executive Assistant experience is a plus
