QA Engineer | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP45,000

GoTeam is seeking two (2) skilled and experienced QA Engineers with expertise in testing web and mobile applications integrated with Zoom/Teams. Develop and execute meticulous test plans, collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects, and create automated tests to ensure application stability and reliability. In this position, you will be:

• Developing and executing meticulous test plans and test cases, guaranteeing the seamless functioning of our web and mobile applications.
• Collaborating closely with the development team to identify and swiftly resolve defects and issues.
• Actively participating in code reviews, providing insightful feedback, and proposing enhancements to optimize performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating with the product team, effectively translating business requirements into comprehensive and effective test cases.
• Troubleshooting and proficiently resolving technical challenges associated with integrating our applications with Zoom/Teams.
• Identifying, diligently reporting, and meticulously tracking defects, ensuring timely resolution through close collaboration with the development team.
• Creating and maintaining automated tests, bolstering application stability and reliability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a skilled QA Engineer
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications integrated with Zoom/Teams or any video conferencing applications is a BIG PLUS.
• Strong proficiency in implementing QA methodologies and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Proficient in utilizing automation testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwrite for efficient testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and Python is much preferred.
• Knowledge of WebRTC with hands-on experience in testing it within web applications.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and practical experience in testing it for secure authentication with Zoom/Teams APIs.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, to support integration testing.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork and interaction with cross-functional teams.

Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes periodic in-office work (on certain days every quarter) based in Cebu City, Cebu, as well as remote work for the remaining days.
