Personal Lines Assistant | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30K

 

GoTeam is currently looking for a Personal Lines Assistant to provide clerical support to Account Managers and Producers in completing administrative tasks related to account servicing. This includes processing endorsements, retrieving policy coverage information, and handling related requests from insurance carriers. As a Personal Lines Assistant, you will also be working on special projects assigned by Account Managers and Producers.

The client for this role is a leading independent insurance agency, 100% employee-owned, with headquarters in California and offices in Oregon, Arizona, Missouri, and London. They offer commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits packages, and wealth management services to their clients.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Processing Evidence & Certificates of Insurance with a high level of accuracy
  • Claiming, Reporting, and/or Following-up on client-related issues
  • Working on the NOC processing – non-renewals/non-payment of premiums
  • Doing the endorsement processing in a timely manner
  • Invoicing – as assigned by the Account Manager or Producer
  • Handling billing questions and concerns from clients
  • Obtaining MVR/CLUE Reports when necessary
  • Attaching Correspondence in EPIC (Agency Management System)
  • Backing up the Personal Lines Assistant/CSR when needed
  • Manually doing the renewal processing
  • Overseeing the LPR (Lost Policies Report) Processing
  • Pulling Policies & Auto ID Cards as requested
  • Sending email/phone correspondence with clients – as directed
  • Doing the un-routed attachments and ensuring that all documents are routed to the correct individuals or departments
  • Preparing Spreadsheets, Letters & Mailings – as directed by the Account Manager or Producer
  • Performing scanning duties, including photocopying and faxing, as directed
  • Inputting new prospects/clients’ information into the system accurately
  • Processing PL Carrier docs – as applicable
  • Specializing in projects and other duties – as assigned by the Account Manager or Producer

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree experience operating multi-line telephone systems and handling high-volume call environments.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding phone personality and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and processes is a plus
