Owner Experience Coordinator | Hybrid, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP26K

 

GoTeam is seeking a competent Owner Experience Coordinator who will be responsible for providing ongoing high-touch support to our owners and property management partners via email and phone.

You will work for a property management business on the U.S. West Coast that answers the corporate and residential housing needs of its communities in more than 30 cities. They make it possible for their clients to “be free to follow opportunity, curiosity, love, desire, friends, and family” wherever that may lead them.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Resolving issues related to maintenance repairs, packages, building notifications, necessary home improvements, key replacements, and residents living in their homes
  • Connecting the dots between the owner onboarding process and the day-to-day support needs that arise as both parties work through situations that arise with maintenance repairs, difficult residents, and HOA
  • Helping us deliver and scale a world-class customer experience across multiple metros

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and communication English skills.
  • Ability to establish relationships with property owners, experienced in contact management
  • With key critical thinking skills: analysis, interpretation, inference, explanation, self-regulation, open-mindedness, and problem-solving.
  • Preferably with experience working for western employers/ onshore clients
  • Experience within the real estate industry (not essential, but preferred).
