Marketing Coordinator | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP60K

 

GoTeam is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can research and report on market trends and customer behavior, help the CMO with marketing strategies, communicate campaign objectives, organize marketing events, maintain sales support materials, and find potential new customers. The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, and communicative, with a growth mindset.

Your client is a Portland-based SaaS company, offering a document management platform for businesses to securely store, find, and share files while staying compliant. Our solution’s OCR, secure sharing, and automation features streamline paperwork, freeing up time for core business tasks.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Conducting research and preparing reports on the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
  • Supporting the CMO in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the team
  • Planning and managing marketing-related events and meetings
  • Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials and coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers and providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
  • Articulating clearly the strategies or plans with various departments, vendors, contractors, and freelancers
  • Representing organizations in public, media events, product launches, and trade shows
  • Managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously through effective project management techniques.
  • Actively contributing ideas for web page designs and development.
  • Providing information on previous campaigns, projects, and timelines and their implementation
  • Generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing information with other team members in project updates.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of an Associate degree is required, while a Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or advertising.
  • Demonstrate solid experience in managing and leading SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media, email, and marketing database campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development and constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating reports.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and presentation.
