IT/Tech Recruiter | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP30K
GoTeam is currently seeking an IT/Tech Recruiter to join our team, with a primary focus on ensuring that top-quality talent is placed in IT/Tech roles for our clients across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States.

In this position, you will be:
- Client Management
- Overseeing the hiring for assigned job orders as the main point of contact for client delivery
- Sending at least updates per week or as often as necessary to clients
- Facilitating client interviews and additional hiring assessments
- Ensuring timely communication with clients regarding Recruitment service-related concerns.
- Attending client meetings and client reporting
- Candidate Management
- Reviewing shortlisted candidates sourced by Talent Acquisition Sourcers for assigned job orders
- Conducting initial interviews
- Facilitating profile completion for client endorsement
- Reviewing employment applications and background-check reports.
- Building long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Following- up with candidates whose profiles are not complete.
- Searching databases for profiles to present to potential clients.
- Internal Department Coordination
- Working closely with the internal department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
- Maintaining effective relationships with Operations and other departments
- Coordinating and monitoring activities and implementing policies and procedures within the area of responsibility.
- External Intel
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Mapping the market intelligence based on candidate information
Skills and Experience:
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT/Tech Recruiter, with a proven track record of success in sourcing, assessing, and placing top-tier talents.
- Demonstrate experience in client management, with a strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage client expectations, and ensure that all client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Possess experience in sourcing or lead generation, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including social media, online job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Be adept at handling administrative tasks, coordination, and client/executive meetings, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience in talent acquisition or recruiting hard-to-fill roles, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with identifying, assessing, and placing high-potential candidates in challenging or niche roles.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ATS and Microsoft tools, with a strong ability to leverage technology to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond quickly and effectively to urgent client needs.
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen ability to analyze both people and situations to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build trust, rapport, and credibility with candidates, clients, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
