IT Help Desk Support | Hybrid, Early-Shift | Up to PHP56K
GoTeam are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team and provide technical assistance to end-users. As an IT Help Desk Support, you will play a crucial role in resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

In this position, you will be:
- Providing exceptional technical support to end-users through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly which includes troubleshooting problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware components, ensuring proper functionality and compatibility with existing systems.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes and procedures, contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base for efficient issue resolution.
- Monitoring and managing tickets, prioritizing and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with appropriate teams to escalate complex technical issues and track their resolution, ensuring effective communication and efficient problem-solving.
- Assisting in network and server administration tasks as required, contributing to the overall stability and security of the IT infrastructure.
- Providing comprehensive end-user training and support for new software and hardware releases, empowering users to maximize their technological capabilities.
- Maintaining meticulous inventory records of IT equipment and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient allocation of resources.
- Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, maintaining data integrity and supporting accurate record-keeping.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with end-users, demonstrating strong customer service orientation.
- A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, and previous experience in a help desk or technical support environment is advantageous.
- 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related role.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Must be willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of working from the office on certain days located in Cebu City, Cebu.
