Inventory Pricing Specialist | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP35K

 

GoTeam is seeking for two (2) Inventory Pricing Specialists who will be part of the inventory team and will specifically work from a complete itemized list of clients’ personal property using internet research to determine the value of each item on the list. The ideal candidate for this position is a resourceful and organized problem solver who is efficient and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Your client is the leading Public Insurance Adjusting firm with locations in California, and Arizona. They advocate for the insured during times of crisis, navigating them through the complex and tedious insurance claims process. They aim to be the gold standard in customer service, and they’ve helped thousands of residential and commercial clients with their claims for over 70 years.

 

In this position, you will be:

  • Obtaining inventory spreadsheets for each residential/commercial property claim that is in process.
  • Conducting efficient internet research to determine the replacement cost value of each item on the list.
  • Contacting vendors and resources to obtain needed values on presented claims from Insureds and Claimants.
  • Working with Inventory Specialist by using the internet to research Like Kind Quality (LKQ) replacement value for the Insured’s original Contents as documented in the field or supplied by the Insured.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment to solve problems when researching content, and seeking aid from the supervisor when needed.
  • Entering pricing data (approximately 200 lines of text & numeric per day) into MS Excel spreadsheet for each item in the claim, ensuring accurate data is entered and completed in the spreadsheet.
  • Sending completed inventory spreadsheets to the team lead for review.
  • Providing daily progress reports to inventory lead.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience with data entry using MS Excel.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data entry from clients.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
