Implementations Specialist | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP50K
GoTeam is seeking an Implementations Specialist with experience in a SaaS company and a track record of training and onboarding customers with products and sales enablement.
We provide our clients based in Australia, NZ, Singapore, and the US, among others, with offshore employees. We are a managed operations company. We are looking for 5 Leadership Coaches to support and sustain our growth.
In this position, you will be:
- Onboarding new customers by providing training and support for the implementation of our SaaS product
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and other teams, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation
- Providing sales enablement by demonstrating the value of our product to potential customers
- Continuously improving and updating training materials and resources
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our product
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the product and customer experience
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining customer profiles and records in CRM and project management tools
- Attending and participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to stay informed about new features, technologies, and best practices
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a SaaS company or product
- At least 1 year of related work experience in Client Success, Implementation, or Onboarding
- Proven track record of training and onboarding customers
- Experience in sales enablement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or any related field
