HR Performance Management Specialist | Hybrid, Day Shift Job | Up to PHP35K

 

GoTeam is seeking a competent HR Performance Management Specialist (Results Delivery Officer) who is responsible for ensuring that Heads of Department (HODs,) Coaches, and Team Members have done the required Win-Win Agreements in a timely manner.

We provide our clients based in Australia, NZ, Singapore, and the US, among others, with offshore employees. We are a managed operations company. We are looking for 5 Leadership Coaches to support and sustain our growth.

In this position, you will be:

  • Setting up Win-Win agreements for all team members
  • Ensuring the fairness and efficiency of the Win-Win Agreement execution
  • Sending notification to team members to self-evaluate as part of the Win-Win Agreement
  • Ensuring that HODs and Coaches have administered the Win-Win Agreements on the specified timeline.
  • Escalating non-compliance to the head of People and Culture
  • Providing market salary rate for the position (Provision)
  • Maintaining records and reports related to the results delivery review.
  • Compiling Win-Win Agreement results submitted by the HODs and Coaches
  • Consolidating analysis and insights for the submitted Win-Win Agreements
  • Reviewing submitted Win-Win Agreement forms for completeness
  • Identifying discrepancies
  • Submitting a timely report of the completion rate of the win-win delivery
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive strategies on how to improve the results delivery review.
  • Discussing with HODs and Coaches other possible performance metrics and strategies aligned with the annual company objectives.
  • Creating and driving strategy for results deliver review, calibration, and succession planning across all areas of the business
  • Working with key stakeholders to assess results, deliver a review of challenges and capability gaps, and design or support the implementation of the initiatives to address those issues
  • Working with the People and Culture and the Coaches to create a development plan for improving team member performance

  • At least 2-4 years of experience
  • Customer service experience is a plus
