Graphic Designer and Creative Content Writer | Work from Home, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30K
GoTeam is seeking a Graphic Designer and Creative Content Writer who will be supporting the collateral design and copywriting for sales, marketing, and employee-facing communications. The Designer/Copywriter will work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop compelling and culturally relevant creative across multiple business sectors and several types of channels–presentations, training manuals, manager’s guides, print, e-newsletters, etc.
Your client delivers high-quality, fresh, culturally relevant food service programs to K-12 schools, higher education, seniors, and communities across the country. With an emphasis on fresh ingredients, regional supplier relationships, and meals that celebrate local cultures and communities, your client aims to improve the lives and livelihoods of people and communities so that their most vulnerable members can flourish.
In this position, you will be:
- Working independently and as part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team on an as-needed basis
- Writing clear, compelling copies for various mediums
- Working closely with the marketing team to produce error-free copy and design that adheres to the company’s style guidelines and language style parameters
- Helping the marketing team build and maintain a strong and cohesive brand across all company vertical types and categories
- Researching and suggesting changes/improvements to strengthen our brand
- Coordinating with the marketing team to determine project needs, budgets, and timelines
- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines
- Showing how you handle great time management
- Overseeing grammatical errors
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of graphic design experience
- At least 2 years of content writing success
- Strong experience with translating designed collateral (from any software) into Canva or PowerPoint templates for operator use.
- Experience and access to an owned design software platform. (Adobe Suite)
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- The ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet expectations and deadlines
