Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- 1 – 5 years of financial analysis experience (data mining/Public Accountant)
- Advanced Excel (index and match) modeling and data mining and analysis skills, strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience with NetSuite would be an advantage
- Diligent, highest standards of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to meeting critical deadlines
- Team player and effective communicator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a business partnering mindset
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude and ability to achieve results in a collegial, team-oriented approach
What You Will Do
- Planning, forecasting, and managing headcount and expenses as part of our planning processes (annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and weekly updates)
- Providing support for monthly and quarterly financial performance and analysis, as well as preparation of materials for senior management
- Updating and supporting analysis of revenue movements using customer-level data
- Ad hoc projects relating to revenue performance or other business-critical items

Your client is a Texas-based business that provides human capital management software and services to more than 60,000 small and medium businesses. They offer a range of services, including time and attendance tracking and payroll and tax processing, all the way to a fully outsourced HR department.
IMPORTANT: While this is a hybrid (home and office) arrangement, if any recurring issues arise i.e. internet connectivity, power supply issues, background noise, and alike, you shall be requested to work in the nearest GoTeam office or accredited establishments.
