Executive Assistant | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30K
GoTeam is looking for an Executive Assistant to enhance the quality of written communication with both internal and external customers. The job entails drafting Word documents and proposals, as needed.

In this position, you will be:
- Coordinating travel arrangements for members of the company, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for business trips, and preparing vouchers.
- Utilizing mail merge to produce name badges, signage, and tent cards.
- Analyzing data, preparing reports, and identifying solutions to resolve administrative problems.
- Coordinating relocation and temporary accommodation arrangements.
- Drafting documents, meeting notes, and presentations for executives.
- Responding to phone calls and emails, and facilitating communication both internally and externally.
- Managing the calendar, booking appointments, and scheduling conference calls and meetings for the manager or department/division head.
- Assisting with meeting planning activities, including registering for events, booking rooms, setting up webinars, and registering visitors.
- Maintaining knowledge of the executive’s schedule to provide accurate information to stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in managing email correspondence, executing administrative tasks, and utilizing software programs such as DocuSign, RingCentral, AppFolio, Google Drive, and QuickBooks.
- Skilled in project management, including overseeing the leasing process, screening applicants, and approving documents.
- Experienced in communicating effectively with property owners through email and over the phone, demonstrating exceptional phone skills when necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to different audiences, both in writing and verbally.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge, skills, and experience in various areas of property management and administration.
- Proven track record of being hardworking, flexible, and adaptable to changing work environments, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
