Digital Marketing Project Manager | WFH, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP54K
GoTeam is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager who will be responsible for creating and executing workflows and tracking and assigning client projects to the creative team. Ideal candidates will have experience working within an advertising or marketing agency and a strong ability to work on numerous projects for multiple clients’ accounts on a daily basis.
Your client is a full-service travel marketing agency working exclusively with growth-oriented Tour, Attraction, Adventure & Destination clients to attract more guests and increase ticket revenue.
In this position, you will be:
- Coordinating daily with Creative Directors, Accounts Executives, Project Managers, Traffic Coordinators, and other staff members to determine the status and obstacles of assigned projects
- Using problem-solving and interpersonal skills to track down project details, changes and revisions, resolve issues, and locate missing information to provide clear direction to the creative staff
- Monitoring design time tracking and project due dates
- Coordinating with designers, Senior CPM Specialists, Traffic Managers, and Account Executives to ensure production workflow & deadlines for internal proofs, external proofs, and publication due dates are met
- Helping the design team to continue using the brand guidelines on each project in order to create continuity and keep budgets in order, reviews work to confirm basic needs of artwork (branding, specs, CTAs, provided assets, links) are executed correctly and as requested by Clients, Directors, Project Managers, Traffic, Design, Digital Marketing, and Copywriting teams to ensure client work is executed properly, timely, and to the required specifications
- Assisting in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication with internal teams and with clients regarding project details and status
- Contributing and influencing the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
- Working within several industry verticals: Travel & Tourism, E-commerce, B2B
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience after graduation working in client services and/or project management within an advertising agency
- Strong ability to work on numerous projects for multiple clients’ accounts on a daily basis
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter; effective in managing projects from the ground up
- Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate & work effectively with multiple teams
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field or a comparable professional experience
- Software Knowledge Required:
- Proficient in Mac operating system
- Proficient in the Google Drive Workplace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and/or similar software programs is preferred
- Knowledge of Workamajig is a plus
